Developer Shiro Games has announced that its 4X and real-time strategy game Dune: Spice Wars will land on Xbox Series consoles later this month, and will be available as part of Xbox Game Pass.
Based on the Dune books, the game sees you lead one of six factions – House Ecaz, House Atreides, House Corrino, House Harkonnen, the Smugglers, and the Fremen – to dominate Arrakis and the flow of spice.
To emerge victorious, you’ll need to explore Arrakis to mine for spice and uncover other helpful resources, all while utilising each faction’s unique abilities and bonuses, as well as their selectable councillors.
Since the game’s release in Early Access, Shiro Games has heavily expanded the game with the implementation of multiplayer, a new game mode, flying units, additional buildings, extra factions, and so much more.
Dune: Spice Wars will launch on Xbox Series consoles and Xbox Game Pass simultaneously on November 28th. It’s available on PC via Steam and PC Game Pass now.
