Chronique des Silencieux is an upcoming cosy detective adventure game from Pierre Feuille Studio that is launching later this month on PC.

The hand-drawn game is set in 1970s France and follows rookie private eye Eugène Faury as he launches an investigation into the life of Victor Dousvalon, a stubborn history professor who enshrouded his life in secrecy.

You’re tasked with searching through family papers, meeting and questioning a cast of interesting characters, and following leads, all in an attempt to piece together the lives of the people you meet, as well as the tragedies that befell them.

A new trailer has been released to coincide with news of the game’s launch date, offering a look at the hand-drawn aesthetic, gameplay, and a teaser of its narrative.

Chronique des Silencieux, which has a Steam demo and can be wishlisted now, will support English and French languages when it launches on January 29th for PC via Steam, with additional language support to be added after launch.
