The launch date was announced on the PlayStation Blog alongside the release of a new CG trailer showcasing some of the dangers Atreus and Kratos will face as Ragnarok – the end of the world in Norse mythology – approaches.

In addition to all of the above, PlayStation and Santa Monica Studio confirmed that pre-orders for the game will be going live on July 15th, 2022 at 3 PM BST / 4 PM CET / 10 AM ET.
