A Plague Tale: Requiem Gets October Release Date And New Gameplay Trailer

Asobo Studio has announced a release date for A Plague Tale: Requiem and has shared a new 10-minute video showcasing gameplay.

The game, a sequel to 2019’s A Plague Tale: Innocence, follows Amicia and Hugo who, after leaving their devastated homeland to start a new life down south, are forced to flee once more after an unfortunate incident and set their eyes on a mythical island that may hold the key to saving Hugo.

Alongside announcing the release date, Asobo Studio shared a new gameplay video that shows the pair as they’re hunted by a group of soldiers through a forest and then a quarry.

The gameplay video offers a look at Amicia and Hugo’s new abilities, as well as a look at some new rat gameplay too.

A Plague Tale: Requiem will launch on October 18th, 2022, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch via the cloud. Check out the new gameplay below:
