New Horizon Forbidden West Trailer Showcases Some Of The Game’s Side Activities

A new Horizon Forbidden West trailer has showcased some of the side content you can expect to find in the game.

The game, which is developed by Guerrilla Games and set to release later this month, follows Aloy as she explores the mysterious Forbidden West as she uncovers the truth behind a deadly plague, deals with several warring factions, and faces whatever Sylens has planned.

Alongside the game’s main story, players can take on a range of side activities, including finding and unlocking new gear, and testing their abilities in the game’s various melee pits that can be found at settlements and require players to take on other humans.

There are also the traditional hunting grounds, arenas in which players face-off against machines, and salvage contracts where players must hunt machines for rare parts.

Suffice to say, all of the above activities in addition to the game’s main story will keep you busy when Horizon Forbidden West releases on February 18th, 2022, for PlayStation 5 and 4 consoles.
