Developer Zar21 Announces Meditative Automation Game Velone

Developer Zar21 has this week announced the launch of Velone, the studio’s new meditative automation game.

Inspired by the classic Opus Magnum, the game is set on the mysterious planet Velone whose alien inhabitants have tasked you with saving their dying home after a collision with an asteroid disrupted their entire energy supply.

Players will have to build and program hydraulic mechanisms to create and place valuable Velone stones to restore the planet’s energy supply. You will need to use logical thinking to solve difficult mechanical puzzles and come up with creative ways to program Velone stones and complete levels.

There are a total of 40 unique levels, and each that is completed will provide you with new information about the planet Velone, its climate, technology, population, society, and more.

Zar21 has stated that the game offers satisfying and highly replayable gameplay with a relaxing and meditative atmosphere. Velone will release for PC via Steam in 2022, and you can watch the trailer below:
