Cyberpunk strategy game Neural Dominion gets new gameplay trailer

Developer GamesBond Studios and publisher Camlann Games have released new pre-alpha gameplay footage of Neural Dominion, an upcoming Cyberpunk 4X strategy game.

The turn-based game is set in a Cyberpunk crime-infested city where you take control of one of five rival gangs and “do whatever it takes to rule the city”, including bribery, hacking, extortion, hijacking, tax evasion, assassination, gambling, drug running, arms dealing, and more.

You can use Global Powers to aid you in taking over the city, Tactical Powers when in combat with rival gang members, and add cybernetic implants, armour, and weapons to your customisable hero.

Each gang has its unique set of strengths and weaknesses, supporting different player types, and the game features tech research to unlock new abilities and sector improvements across your section of the Cyberpunk city.

Slava Heretz, the CEO at Camlann Games, said of Neural Dominion: “One of my famous genres to play is 4X strategy, personally. And one of my favourite game settings is well-crafted cyberpunk universes. This scratches both those itches.

“There’s a lot here that players familiar with the strategy genre will appreciate. And there are some really interesting and unique elements that I’ve honestly never seen in the genre. Incredibly honoured to be a part of bringing this game to life.”

Neural Dominion will launch in Steam Early Access and on GOG in late 2024 or early 2025. Check out the new gameplay below:
