PlayStation has announced September’s free PS Plus games, as well as a price increase to the subscription service.
From November 6th, the 12-month subscription price for PS Plus will increase worldwide to the following:
- Essential: USD$79.99 / €71.99 / £59.99 / 6,800 Yen
- Extra: USD$134.99 / €125.99 / £99.99 / 11,700 Yen
- Premium: USD$159.99 / €151.99 / £119.99 / 13,900 Yen
PlayStation has confirmed that for current 12-month subscribers, the new price will not take effect until your next renewal date after November 6th. Any changes made to your subscription, either upgrades or downgrades, will reflect the new prices.
Meanwhile, from Tuesday, September 5th, to Monday, October 2nd, members across all three subscription levels can claim games Saints Row, Black Desert – Traveler Edition, and Generation Zero.
Saints Row is an action game set in the open world world of Santo Illeso, where a group of friends form a gang and try to build up a criminal empire while combating enemy factions. When not completing missions, explore Santa Illeso and its side activities.
Black Desert – Traveler Edition
Black Desert is a fantasy MMORPG from Pearl Abyss, which focuses on the conflict between rival nations the Republic Of Calpheon and the Kingdom Of Valencia. The game comes with 26 different classes, as well as PvP and PvE combat, and plenty of side activities to enjoy like horse training, cooking, fishing, trading, and more. The Traveler Edition of the game comes with the base game and several add-ons.
Generation Zero is a first-person adventure game set in 1980s Sweden, where you must battle and survive against deadly machine enemies, all while uncovering what happened to the region. The game can be played solo or with friends in online co-op, and you’ll need to scavenge parts from fallen enemies to help you survive and protect your constructible base.
The above games can be claimed from September 5th. You’ll have until Monday to claim August’s PS Plus games of Death’s Door, Dreams, and PGA Tour 2K23.
