Capcom has announced that the VR mode for Resident Evil Village will launch in February 2023 as free DLC.
The upcoming VR mode will launch alongside the PlayStation VR2 headset on February 22nd, 2023, and will be available as free DLC for owners of Resident Evil Village or Resident Evil Village Gold Edition on PS5.

Resident Evil Village’s VR mode will allow you to play the entire campaign in VR, utilising the PlayStation VR2 headset’s 4K HDR display, eye tracking, and 3D audio.
The game will also use the PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers, which represent Ethan’s hands and must be used to perform actions, like holding arms up to guard.
