Nobody Wants To Die is a futuristic noir detective game launching later this year

Developer Critical Hit Games and PLAION have announced Nobody Wants To Die, an upcoming noir sci-fi adventure coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC later this year.

Described as an “innovative experience”, Nobody Wants To Die is set in New York in the year 2329, where immortality is available via subscription, giving humans the ability to store their consciousness in memory banks or transfer it between bodies.

You’ll play as Detective James Karra, who, after a near-death experience, takes a case from his chief and launches an investigation into a serial killer with assistant Sara Kai.

Together, the pair will have to use time manipulation and advanced technology to recreate the events leading up to the killer’s murders to uncover clues and learn the truth.

Nobody Wants To Die launches later this year for PC and PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. Check out the announcement trailer below:
