Kao The Kangaroo Celebrates Birthday With New Game Bundles And DLC
Developer Tate Multimedia has announced its plans to celebrate the first anniversary of 2022’s Kao The Kangaroo, and it includes new DLC and game bundles.
Later this month on April 27th, the studio will release Kao The Kangaroo: The Trilogy on Steam and the Epic Game Store, a bundle that includes Kao The Kangaroo (2000), Kao The Kangaroo: Round 2 (2003), and Kao The Kangaroo: Mystery Of Volcano (2005).
A week later, the studio will release a new DLC pack for 2022’s Kao The Kangaroo. Titled Bend The Roo’les, the DLC adds a new campaign with a new enemy boss; the Crab King. The DLC also adds five new levels with different challenges, including a time challenge, rising lava, dimming light, and a 2D level.
On the same day, Tate Multimedia will release Kao The Kangaroo: Anniversary Edition, a bundle that includes the base game, the previously released Oh! Well DLC and the new Bend The Roo’les DLC, with PC users also getting an Art Book and the game Soundtrack.
Finally, Tate Multimedia has teased one further announcement for May 4th but hasn’t elaborated on what it could be, so make sure to check back closer to the date to find out. In the meantime, take a look at our review of the 2022 Kao The Kangaroo base game.
