IO Interactive Announces Hitman: Trilogy, Releasing Next Week

Developer IO Interactive has announced the Hitman Trilogy.

The developer announced the new collection on Twitter today (January 13th), which compiles its three Hitman games – Hitman (2016), Hitman 2 (2018), and Hitman 3 (2018) – into one title that will release next week on January 20th for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as all PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

In addition to a general release, the Hitman Trilogy will be launching with Xbox Game Pass on day one, allowing subscribers to play the three games at no extra cost, and on January 20th, Hitman 3 will also release on Steam after launching as an Epic Games Store exclusive.

The collection forms part of IO Interactive’s future plans for Hitman 3, which include adding a slew of technical improvements like ray tracing to the game, adding VR support on PC, adding new maps, and adding the new Elusive Target Arcade and Freelancer modes too.

The Hitman Trilogy will release on January 24th for PC and all PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
