Warner Bros. Games and Avalanche Software have again delayed the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Hogwarts Legacy.

The action-adventure RPG, which launched on PC and current-gen consoles last month, was set to release on April 4th for PS4 and Xbox One consoles but has now been delayed to May 5th, 2023.

The delay was announced on Twitter, where Avalanche Software thanked fans for their response to the game before confirming that the team is working to “deliver the best possible experience on all platforms” and needs additional time.

A Nintendo Switch version of the game is also in development, and is scheduled to release on July 25th, 2023.

Meanwhile, Hogwarts Legacy director Alan Tew recently confirmed that the studio has no current plans for DLC.
